Hi everyone. I am a new April Knottie. We were originally getting married in September but we decided that we are having a surprise wedding at our "metting of the families" party. I can't wait til April 6th when i marry my best friend.

Thank you everyone!! Our surprise wedding is going to be on the beach when my whole family meets his. His best friend is going to bring his guitar and sing for my bridal march. It is going to be very simple and afterwards our "reception" is going to be a backyard bbq. The only people who know is me, my FI, MOH, BM, and my brother. I am only telling my daddy after I finish getting dressed so he can walk me down the "aisle".

Sounds pretty cool!  Are you still going to have another party/wedding in September for friends and extended family or are you just sticking to the April 6th plan?  Your family is going to be soooo surprised :-D

We are going to have a party just not sure when. I am thinking 4th of July but he is thinking near Labor Day. Our families were all we were inviting to our orginal wedding date just more of them. It will be our immediate family and extremely close friends that come to the April 6th wedding and I am quite sure they will be surprised especially since we told them we were pushing it off til 2014. I'm so excited!!!!! I am one of those people that can't keep a secret but so far I have been a good girl!! Let's hope we keep it that way.
