Hope everyones week went well!!!!

WR: Its my bachelorette party this weekend!!! Yay!!! I am sooo looking forward to a weekend away!!! Saturday will start with my makeup trial for the wedding and we are leaving my house around 11am to get to a vineyard where my sisters set up a private tour for our group. We will tour the vineyard, sample 8 different wines, and snack on some food that everyone is bringing. We are then checking to the hotel at the casino and are going to hang out, go to dinner and then have a FUN night out!!!  Other wedding stuff, candy for the candy buffet is coming in, my boudoir album came in, and the first head count for the venue is due on Monday! We also have to finalize our menu for the rehearsal dinner then too I just need to start really packing everything up that is coming with us to the venue. I can't believe the wedding is in 14 days!!!

NWR: FI is going to hang out with his brother this weekend and help out with the kids while my FSIL is with us for the bachelorette party. We are going to hang out tonight lay low, I need some rest!!  I have some errands to run tonight for the weekend and will be packing my bag and getting clothes ready.

I hope you have a wonderful time at your party!! How did the album turn out? I had a dream after mine were taken that I hated all of them lol.

FI works this weekend so tonight I will probably lay low and catch up on some sleep. Tomorrow morning I am going to Ohio with my mom to look for a dress for her and then I have a birthday party to go to (if you can remember it is for my BM who asked me to change the date for my bach party lol). I have to work on Sunday so I don't want to stay out too late.

We met with our venue on Wednesday and boy we got lucky. We are about 50 people under count from our minimum and we were told (almost 2 years ago when we first booked) that we had to pay $xx per head that we didn' t meet our minimum. Well when I first went in I told her about some stuff that happened at my shower that I was not happy with at all and I think because of that she gave us a huge break because she lowered the minimum and it is saving us about 2k. I was very thankful. And our contract was wrong and we don't have to have our final payment turned in until next week!

I am ready for the day to be over with! Happy weekend!

Vk-the album came out great! I have a disc with alllll of my photos. I wish we were able to put a few more in the album but I love it, and I am sure FI will be completely surprised. After the wedding when we get settled into a house I am going to have him choose one of the photos to put on the wall in our bedroom. I wanted to find a groupon deal for a canvas print photo

WR: I'm picking up my dress on Sunday. I think I should be more excited, but I gained back the 5 lbs I lost and I'm not super happy about that. But I'm the same weight when I went in for my fitting now, so it should fit fine.

NWR: Last day at the mountain tomorrow. THANK GOD. I need my weekends back to do weddingy type stuff. They're staying open through the 31st because of this cold snap, but nuh-uh. Nope, I'm out.

I'm so happy it's Friday. Work has been tough this week and i'm ready for a couple days off.

WR: Tonight, i'm meeting up with my friend and BM for another make up trial. She's really good, but I can't decide what I like best. Tomorrow, FI and I are going shopping for some honeymoon clothes for him (that he finally admitted he needs ) We also have to start packing up our stuff for the venue too. I also want to get our must have list to our photographer, I've been slacking on that.

NWR: Visting my grandfather at the nursing home. He's doing a lot better and is on target to be released in a couple of weeks and they have cleared him to be able to come to easter and to our wedding if he still needs to be at the nursing home. So that's good news.

Christine, I also have my bachelorette this weekend although I'm not supposed to know about it.  We are printing off thank you cards, escort cards, and programs tonight.  I have to work from home tomorrow morning for a few hours (blegh) and then my brother's girlfriend is coming over for a make up trial.  I'm supposed to be at my parent's house at 3:30 and then I assume we will head into the city and do something fun (????).  Sunday, I will recuperate and try to get the shower thank yous written.

NWR: I believe I am diving this morning.  When I pulled up it looked pretty windy at the waterfront.  OOHHH!!  Boss just said no dive, sccchweeet!!  Okay so instead today, I am interviewing a potential NOAA Corps officer.  I find it entertaining that I'm interviewing someone to come in as I'm on my way out.  I also got an email back about a job I applied to down in Tampa.  The job description the supervisor sent out said something about lifiting manhole covers for grease inspection, which sounds totally gross.  However, the pay is pretty stinking good and the term is only 3-6 months, which would take me up to the holidays and then I would start grad school in January.  I intend to follow through with it just to see if I can get an interview, etc.

WR: going tanning, trying to get Jos. A. Bank to straighten out the tuxedo situation for the last time, picking up a bridal shower dress, picking up whitening strips, buying silk flowers for the wedding arch, getting the last of the RSVPs, sending the list of the missing RSVP'ers to the moms so they can start calling.

Happy friday all! Enjoy your bachelorettes, those who are having them!

WR - Two dance lessons with my dad. We didn't want to do two in one week but he got a wicked cold that turned into a sinus infection and was out of commission for two weekends straight - so now we have to make up. Final dress fitting on Saturday - I'm hoping the bustle came out and won't be to hard for my mom to work! I'm also hoping that I haven't gained anything. I think I haven't... I might have even lost, but I'm super paranoid. Then meeting with our photog Sunday morning. We're also getting favors assembled, figuring out our seating plan (hopefully - it's a mess right now) and I'd like to finish tying the ribbons on to our programs so those can be considered done. If we actually get tables figured out, we can maybe get going on escort cards. Next week is going to be crazy so I'd like to get those out of the way if/when possible. We also would like to hit up the mall while we're in my mall-crazy hometown and get some honeymoon shopping done.

NWR - It's our 6th anniversary on Sunday so FI made reservations at a mystery restaurant. He won't tell me anything about it so I guess I'm in for a surprise! That's about the only NWR thing we have though. With only 16 days to go, it's pretty much all wedding, all the time.

Today: Final meeting with the caterer. Also want to finish up stitching the escort cards. Still haven't heard back from one honorary aunt and uncle, so I'm assuming they're not coming . This saddens me because they really are like family.

Saturday: FI's bachelor party! His guys are "kidnapping" him and dumping him back on me sometime tomorrow night or Sunday morning. Poor FI hasn't been sleeping well the past 3 nights so I'm not sure he'll enjoy everything. He's already threatened to kill his BM if he comes before 6am. My hair trial is Saturday; my mom surprised me with that one. I will be doing my own make-up that day since I hardly wear any and FI doesn't think I need it. We will also order my flowers (finally...).

Sunday: Dealing with FI's hangover and going to Downtown Disney to see my cousin! Her high school's orchestra was selected to play at Disney so they came down from Chicago. I haven't seen her since our grandfather's (her biological and my step) 70th birthday party many many years ago. She can't come to the wedding and really wanted to see me. I found out Wednesday she was going to be at Downtown and was like "It's a sign!". So excited to see her play!!!!!!!!

WR: I have my 2nd, and hopefully final, dress fitting tonight. And we finally got the BM gift! Yay. We went with personalized silver tie clip and cuff links that come in a personalized silver box. His roommate said he'd like that and wear it, so, that's what he gets! lol

NWR: Tomorrow we are going to this place in the foothills that is a daffodil farm! And having lunch in the small town it is in. Sunday we are getting couples massages!

Yay! We are bachelorette buddies. Mine is tomorrow night and I can't wait! It's been a long time since I had a girls night and with all the crap that's going on I need it!

I am (hopefully) picking up my dress tonight, tomorrow I need to clean my house for the b-partygoers, and plan to work on some table numbers and the card box.

WR: Final fitting & learning the bustle on my dress today.  Meeting with the venue coordinator tomorrow at 3pm to go over room layout and all the details on timeline, etc.  I have so many questions about what order to do things in, time to start dinner, toasts, cut the cake, etc.  I hope she can help, or maybe I should start a thread on that!

NWR: Working on finishing up painting our living room/entry way so it's nice when people come over for the gift opening the day after the wedding.  We're in the middle of some home remodeling in case we didn't need extra stress, so I'll probably work on that also,

Happy Friday!

WR: Tomorrow my Dad, FI and FI's son are going to get fit for their tuxes and reserve them.  After that, I am taking my Dad home and hanging out there with him, my stepmom and my 14 year old sis (MOH) for my second bachelorette party!!  This one has been planned by my sis - wine (for the adults) snack food, Magic Mike, and practicing dancing with my Dad.  I am looking forward to it!  She is the CUTEST, SWEETEST little girl ever and I am so excited for her to be my MOH.  Some people (not family) have commented that it was an odd choice to pick her, but I knew that day that little girl was born that she would be in my WP someday.  I was 17 when she was born so I thought I would have gotten married in the next 5 years or so, so I pictured her as a FG, but I am more excited that she is older now and gets to be my MOH!  Too bad I cannot have a celebratory shot of tequila with her.. 

NWR:  Sunday when I get home from my Dad's I have to do some heavy duty healthy food shopping.  I also hope to hit a few stores looking for more honeymoon clothes.

Christine- I got my boudoir album this week as well and loved it.  It is hard to wait till the wedding to show FI!  I like the idea of a canvas print.  My photographer did some really nice headshots of me in natural light I really like.

WR- I have my shower on Sunday.  My sister is flying in tomorrow morning so we get to visit this weekend.  Can't wait to see all my family and friends and eat some yummy cake.  We still have snow here so my cute dress doesn't seem so appropriate, I will have to wear nylons yuck!

Yay Friday!

WR: not really anything left to do now except for finishing up our menu cards (all I need to do is finish cutting them, as I printed three to a page), and figuring out a rough schedule of what we're going to do with our families when they arrive next week until the wedding. Oh, and pick up our rings from being resized! That's it!

NWR: I was hoping to be able to go for a 5k run on Saturday morning, but it's snowing today and it's supposed to continue overnight, so I don't know if the park will be safe to run in
