Help me with this pic in post thing, please!

I've tried and tried and can't seem to get it right.  What's the secret?

    Just push the little icon at the bottom and it will say insert picture.

    Make sure the photo is less than 4mb or else it won't load. Click on the little tree a tiny window pops up click browse find your pic. Hope that helps. Are u using safari by chance?

    Nope, not using Safari.  I guess I'll have to start paying attention to the sizes of the pics.  Thanks for the help!
