We're from Chicago, have been engaged for 3.5 years (no, that is NOT a typo - wish it was!) and we have a daughter together who is almost 5.
So far, I've already booked and paid for the officiant, coordinator, hair/makeup, transportation, location permit, and flowers. I also already bought my dress without ever trying it on - gotta love being plus sized and not being able to fit into the size 10's in the bridal stores! I'm pretty laid back, though, and could honestly care less about all the details. A long as we're married at the end of the day that's all that matters to me.
Oh, and we're also doing a destination wedding, which is causing major drama in my family so I may be asking for advice or for help in hiding the bodies. lol
