Weeeeeeekend!

So, ladies, what are your weekend plans?

Right now, my FI and I have zero plans.  Nothing.  Nada.  Zip.  I like it this way!  We're usually so jam-packed with things to do.  The only thing I know we'll do is visit my dad; he had surgery yesterday and will be going home today or tomorrow so he'll want to see us both.  

Nothing WR, either, although I might stop by Alfred Angelo next week and just casually peruse bridesmaid dresses.

TGIF!!!!!!! Erbear, your sooo lucky you have NOTHING...I feel like every week has been soooo busy for us! Tonight we are going to visit friends of ours that just had a baby... tomorrow we have a cake tasting at a bakery we like and tomorrow night i am going to FIs cousins fiances bachelorette party... sunday looks relaxing right now!

Good morning and happy Friday!  We aren't doing much this weekend which is a welcomed thing since we are usually very busy.  We'll see if we stick to hanging close to home.  The plan is to stuff and address our save the dates so we can mail them next week.  

We are also going to join a gym this weekend.  I do not like to workout, let alone workout with someone else, so we'll see how this goes!  But we're hoping that we wil motivate each other.  Wish us luck!

I am so glad it is the weekend.  My close friend and coworker lost her battle with breast cancer yesterday and passed away.  I have been a wreck.  Thankfully FI is watching DD tomorrow and I am going to the beach with a friend were I can just lay there and not think.  Sunday I have a baby shower to attend and graduation party.  Things are never boring around here, even though i wish they were.

Yay for the weekend! Mine started yesterday ;p I'm going dress shopping today, hopefully I'll find the one! Then an appointment with the photog and chapel to book. I'm stopping in Alfred Angelo too to make sure the dress I chose online will work for the bridesmaids. THen tomorrow, we are going to a friend's wedding, and Sunday- nothing except church, so you know, getting stuff done!

PS- I'm so sorry about your friend dandelion Definitely take some time this weekend just to sit and mourn!

We decided to have a weekend of no plans! I can't wait to just relax and have some quality time together. Hopefully going to get a movie, go for a walk, maybe swim. Yay!!

Dandelion - I am so sorry for your loss.

Tonight I am going on a walk with an old friend. She used to live around the block from me and almost every day in the summer we would walk to 7-11 and get slurpees. So that is my plan for the evening!

Tomorrow I am babysitting my 5 cousins with my sister. I cannot wait. They are my favorites!

Sunday I have to work for a few hours, then hopefully FI and I can spend the day downtown and have some fun.

Dandelion, I'm sorry to hear about your loss :-/

This weekend, I'll be floating around about 50mi off the South Carolina coast conducting seafloor mapping surveys and ROV dives to look for reef fish.  Last week at sea and then I get to go visit my FI next weekend and pick up my dog from him and then head home :-)

TGIF... we have FI's family visiting us on Saturday and we are hoping to finish our backyard deck.  Home Depot won't give us a firm time on the lumber delivery but hopefully it will be in the morning.  It is going to be hot tomorrow maybe I will go shopping with FMIL and leave the boys to work ;-)

This weekend is going to feel shorter than last weekend, but hopefully a little more fun. Last weekend I wanted to go out for dinner on Friday, and fi was in a save money mood. We still had a good weekend, but I cooked dinner Friday through Sunday. We are planning on going out tomorrow, so I'm excited about that. Fi's got a release for work, which will keep him busy for part of the morning, but at some point we're taking his car in for new tires. And the place we're going has summer deals where you can get tickets to local water parks and other ammusements. Plus there's a rebate on goodyears, so we should be getting a pretty good deal. I wish I could have waited to get tires till now, but when you have a giant hole in one, it usually can't wait 3 months...I'm off Sunday as well, so I'm sure we'll do something then as well. It's gray and humid here, and it rained most of last night, I'm hoping it stays that way.

Saturday, Fiance and I are going to a birthday party. Hopefully he doesn't drink too much : ) As for wedding related, I'm going to order my invites, I think. I've been researching for quite a bit on what style I want. I have to send them out earlier because we're doing a destination wedding and the resort needs a final head count early.

Today, we're headed to the water park to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday, just the 3 of us.  Last weekend was her big birthday party.  It went off without a hitch, thankfully, but it took a lot of planning.

After this weekend, I can officially get back to wedding planning.  YAY!  :-)

Working today. My Dad is visiting for a few days, back in the USA for about a month...he's been teaching in China. So it's been great to see him because it's been over a year.

Tomorrow I'm going to check out a sample gown of my dress. It's on sale for nearly 50% off! I'm just hoping it's in excellent condition. I tried it on before but wasn't paying attention to its condition. My bridesmaid is going with me, and it might end up that my FI and Dad go as well...so a little family trip, I suppose.
