I would personally would put it on there. I don't think it is a big deal either way. But for me, when I see the www.whatever.com it catches my eye more. But then again I am weird lol.

I've written a ton of marketing materials. You don't ever need the http:// and the www. is implied, but depending on how the URL looks. For example if the URL was www.smithwedding.com, i would add the www. for balance. With yours "weddingwire.com/abcdef..." i would leave out the www. since you have the subpages listed. It's all personal preference. Keep in mind, if you have PURCHASED a URL, omitting the www may NOT be an option. Be sure to test the address before going to pring - www.smithwedding.com vs. smithwedding.com. Hope that helps!
