Engagement pics!!

When is everyone taking their engagement pictures if you are doing so!We are taking ours June 6th..We didn't wanna wait til the Weather gets any hotter and it will!And we didn't want Cool weather pics since we're having a spring Wedding ..We figured June would work for the pics:I'm super excited/Nervous!!Anyone else?

We are taking ours June 1st!!! I am soooo excited-- we are doing two locations starting in the downtown part of a town in CT and then going to a local vineyard for sunset pictures!!!!! def hoping for a beautiful day!!!

We already did ours.  We wanted it to be around the same season as our wedding aaand our photographer is pregnant so we needed to get them done while she's still mobile!

We did ours back in March and are doing a second session in August/September.

Yay!excited to hear that many of you are doing yours in June also!!we are doing ours in Downtown Louisiana!were just gonna walk with our photographer to find several different spots:I'm only planning on one outfit I think..idk yet..were doing them in the evening do the lighting should be great:

I am not sure I want to do them in October but its true it doesnt match the season so im torn!!

I'm doing mine in August/September. My photographer wanted the wedding pictures and engagement pictures to have a different look/season to it and she has weddings all summer so we decided end of the summer

we took ours already and I'm so thrilled with them.  I wanted to take them so I had plenty of time to create our save the dates!

We're planning on having my dad do mine, and I think we'll do them in September or November. We're planning on doing them at the Griffith Observatory in LA, where we got engaged, and I would like to get both some daytime and some nighttime shots. If we go during summer it takes so long for it to get dark...But we are planning on having it be a day long trip anyway, cus my parents haven't really been before.

We're doing ours on June 10th. Our photographer said that the later sunlight is betting on the lens so we're scheduled for 3pm.

We did ours last Oct right after  we got engaged because I coudnt wait. We have a long engagment due to my sisters wedding in Dec of this year.... I needed to give my mom a break! Funny thing is I am way ahead of her in the planning, she cant commit to anything.

Not sure when we're going to get them done. We want to use them for our Save the Date item, whatever it ends up being, plus have enough photos to fill a photo guest book for the wedding itself. I know the only way we'll ever look at that guest book again is if it has pictures in there and people feel free enough to write more than just their signature.

So given those requirements...I know we need to do it soon. But it's so hot now! Maybe in September sometime...but when are Save The Dates supposed to go out? Relative to invitations, too?
