Hey brides. I am looking for an extremely reasonably priced, buffet style dinner for our reception. I went to Carfangas for a tasting, which was quite tasty, but was shocked by the price. It is $40.75/pp. Which does not include alcohol or soda. It doesn't even include china. It incluldes thicker plastic plates and silverware. WOW!!!! For casual italian!!!!!!
Has anybody ever used Carfangas? Does anyone have any other receommendations. We are allowed to serve our own alcohol at the venue, so we do not need to worry about a bar tender. All information and recommendations are appreciated.
