Need help wtih my siggy please!

I'm trying to do my siggy challenge pic and I don't know how to get the pic in there.  Can someone post instructions, please?  And maybe we can make it a sticky at the top because I know I'll forget next month.  lol

Thank you!  But it seems too big.  I tried resizing it but it still seems huge!

Lol, I don't even have my Save the Dates yet...I failed miserably on the venue siggy challenge last month, too.  Maybe it would have helped if I had worked on it longer than 10 minutes ;-)

I tried Photobucket as well and the pic was HUGE!  I tried to resize in Photobucket and it was still huge.  So I just erased it and gave up. 

I wasn't around much last month, due to my daughter being so sick and in the hospital.  That's why I was wondering if we could make it a sticky so people don't have to keep going back and digging for it.

I resized (compressed) my photos first in microsoft picture editor to small email size then uploaded to photobucket... bit of a pain!

This is the tutorial that I used. Just copy and paste her code, but change the URL. She has a code with resizing and thats what I used.
