Good Morning Ladies!! I did good this week, but cheated a little bit yesterday - My birthday is Tuesday, so my family had a party for me yesterday. I was down 4 pounds yesterday, but gained one.. so I am down 3 pounds from last Monday!! I just cut calories to 1400/day and haven't been eating after 6pm. I will start working out on the 18th, for now just diet.
