Checks so far this weekend :)

We went to mens wearhouse yesterday and figured out what the guys will be wearing, so from now until march 5 they can all go in and get sized I did not realize how much it was to rent a tux, and that they dont rent suits! We originally wanted the vera wang in grey, but to rent it ($250!), and we did not like the grey they had to offer in the tuxes.  We didnt want the guys to spend that much. In turn we went with black and I love it. FI will be wearing the vera wang modern fitted tux (which looks like a suit) and the guys are wearing a calvin klein tux (which looks very similar to FI, and was more cost effective) To dress it down a little we are not doing vests, or pocket squares just fucshia pink ties and suspenders I am also buying argyle pink socks for them to wear

We also have our final appointment with out videographer Feb. 16

The girls jewlery came in yesterday. I love the earrings and necklaces that I bought as part of their gift and it can def. be worn again!

The girls have also started to buy their shoes for that day as well.

I am sure I will be back later today with more!

What great checks! Figuring out a suit for FI is something we will have to do soon.

WOOT!  I have to send in checks for the equipment rental, wedding party house rental and port a potty rental tomorrow.  FMIL and I went over the invitations AGAIN last night(we've reviewed the same invitation about 6 or 7 times, maybe she'll be able to order them this week).  I got my wedding ring in on Friday and FI's should be delivered on Monday afternoon.

Our bridesmaids dresses came in and the girls got them fitted..... I am convinced they are slightly different colors but whatever The florwergirl dresses are in.... And are TIGHT!!!!!! Oy to growing girls but hoping that letting out the seams and they grow up not out in the next three months. Almost done with the mod podge tiles for the tables (cd covers) and found the flower girl baskets and got the stuff to paint and decorate. Emailed the JP with the wedding wording and flow we like with all three readings. Still FI says we have plenty of time..... We. Only. Have. Three. Months! I really want everything done before march so we can relax the month leading up to it.

Question with Men's Wearhouse - did you go there for a consultation or do it online?  I feel like we have no clue where to start!

julibug--we went in! The colors look different online compared to in person. We worked with a really nice girl who helped customize the looks for us. It was nice because we were able to hold the ties up against the look we went with for the guys and FI which made me feel confident in choosing the look we went with

Thanks VK!!! You can totally get focused.... I am just super anal and organized. I have so many DIY projects still to do Like my enitre candy buffet, escort cards (which obviously cant be done until we get responses, i have to decorate our unity candles, make a memorial candle, finsih our cocktail table jars (which is only 3, but I haven't done it yet) and soooo much more... I should do a list today to get myself organized again

YAYYY COngrats ladies!!!! I've finishing making my invites and sending them as of today! My FI when to get fitted for tux with his best man and I got his wedding band today!!! I'm feeling pretty good right now!!!!!!!

FOr the ladies that were wondering about mens warehouse you can make a appointment and they will consult you then. YOu can also just walk in but expect a wait depending on the crowd.
