Rehearsal dinner in Lafayette?

Hope everyone is well.

Can anyone give suggestions for a rehearsal dinner for 70-80 people in Lafayette.

Unfortuantely a group that size rules out several candidates, such as Blue Dogs.

The groom's parents liked Prejean's and Randol's, but they were both a bit too casual and the wedding dinner will have a cajun theme already.

We've looked at Vermillionville, River Oaks, and Abacus. Though each has its advantages, their prices were actually higher than we had anticipated.

Does anyone have suggestions on a place that can accomodate such a group and still be nice without breaking the bank?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you need in Lafayette? The Steamboat Warehouse in Washington has phenomenal food. Catahoula's in Grand Coteau can cater that many. These places are a little more formal than Prejean's and Randol's but still would be the food the groom's parents want.

I have always thought Grand Couteau was a beautiful area, but that is just me throwing that out there.
