Brunch Caterers?

Does anyone know of a catering service in/near Baton Rouge that offers a brunch or breakfast catering service?  We're tentatively planning a 10:30 am Sunday wedding, with a brunch reception afterwards on the Shaw Center 4th floor terrace, but I'm having trouble finding a brunch caterer in the area.  I'm looking for someone who will also be able to provide an omelette and crepe/waffle station-- and one that won't break my budget!!

    I don't know of anyone, but I do know there is a Bridal Show in Baton Rouge on January 30th that will have lots of vendors so you could probably find one there. I was supposed to go to the one in Lafayette this weekend, but they combined it with the Baton Rouge show so I can't make it. You can go to the website at www.pwgla.com to see what they are offering.

    I'll be there!  I was supposed to go to the Lafayette one, too, but since they combined it I'm going to the BR one.  Thanks!
