I ordered chair covers, they are polyester. My chair sashs are organza. My table runners are satin. 

My ? if I cant get ahold of a steamer how do i get wrinkles out? My FSIL says polyester would melt with an iron and organza might too? She has a dryer with a steam setting. Do you think this would work or does anyone know the proper care for these?

My dress is organza and I was told NOT to steam it, as it can create water marks / stains. I am taking mine to a dress shop for them to figure out how to get the wrinkles out, b/c I don't trust myself to do it right.

I can't imagine that polyester would melt with an iron.  there's the synthetic fabric setting on irons.  I have no idea about the other fabrics.

I don't know the proper care but what I do when my clothes are wrinkled (I don't iron), is throw them in the dryer with a damp wash cloth for 20 minutes to half an hour. All the wrinkles are gone!

To make sure that they don't get wrinkled again, you should take a clothes pin and hang them by the corners on hangers.

I was once told to do this - - turn on your shower to really hot, close the bathroom door and this creates steam helping get wrinkles out...I never actually tried it but it was a suggestion for a wrinkled dress once...

I would be worried about messing up the fabrics if i were you, too....perhaps you could take them to a dry cleaners and get their opinion? they could steam for you and/or do some other type of washing to get out the wrinkles...I probably wouldn't do this till right before the wedding
