Galvez and Pat o's

Has anyone gotten married at any of these places? Or heard anything bad or good about them?  I would like to see a couple of pics of weddings there if yall wouldn't mind sharing! Thank you!!

My wedding coordinator did a beautiful wedding at the Galvez Restaurant.  I haven't been there, but it looks like a nice space.

My daughter just had her reception at Pat O's on the River and it was amazing.  They opted not to use any table linens and showcased the copper tables.  I was honestly worried about this when they told me about the plan.  When I walked into the reception space my jaw dropped open.  It was absolutely magical and exceeded all my expectations.  They had centerpieces of curly willow, white orchids and hanging glass candle globes.  Bella Blooms did the flowers.  I know the planner contributed some candles and mirrors.  There were different things on different tables.  Some tables near the bar had glass jars with orchids and water.  Anyway, the decision not to use linens was a great one.  The copper gleamed.  I have been to a number of weddings lately and this was one of the prettiest spaces I have seen.  The views are magnificent.  I believe people enjoyed being able to go outside on the terrace and enjoyed the fact the space offered different places to sit.  The bar was amazing.  A lot of people enjoyed trying different mixed "signature" drinks as well as the hurricanes.  The food was really good - actually better than I expected.  The dance floor was a good size and most people danced. A candy bar was set up for favors.  There was plenty of room and it was very pretty.   I don't know anything about the Galvez but Pat O's was perfect for us.
