Cake pulls

I'm trying to decide on cake pulls, but I've heard ppl say they were cheap and stuck together from some places. Is this just for teh bridesmaids to do r what idk.

Re: Cake pulls

  • I got mine from Tie the Knot in Metairie, its a cute store and they have a few options at different prices. I got mine for $8 each and they were great, all put together and ready to go. You can also choose from tons of different charms. <div>

  • I bought mine online from a website that sells silver charms.  I think they were a little bit cheaper than companies that market them as wedding cake charms, but they're the same thing.  I made my own cards to give to my friends.
  • I got mine from Wedding Lagniappes. They were nice quality, New Orleans themed and about $5 each. They also came with a card explaining the meaning of each.

    Good Luck Planning!
  • I got mine from Gem Printing. I got the nicer ones (about $9 a piece). they're sterling and are already tied to the ribbon. The nice thing is that my girls can wear them after
  • I got mine at String A Bead in Metairie. I just bought the charms there for like $2 a piece and strug a ribbon on them myself. They have a ton to choose from and they give you a list of the wedding ones so you know which ones to get.

  • I was in a wedding last weekend. The bride had new Orleans themed pulls, but she had them made into pearl bracelets with a small toggle clasp. I really liked this idea, because I was able to wear it after I pulled. I hope this helps!
  • I special ordered my cake pulls from www.charmiesonline.com . Love them!
  • There's an online store called Bayou Accents that has tons of different styles and colors to choose from - bracelets and keychains. I think their Facebook might have more pictures and examples to look through. I thought it was traditionally for single ladies, and it's a great way to include other girls close to you that aren't actually part of the wedding. I am baking a wedding cake for tomorrow, and the bride chose to include married women. (ex:baby carriage- next to have baby) They have different bracelets to distinguish between the charms. Keep in mind, it's your wedding and you can choose whatever you want!
