Ceremony Program Template

Has anyone out there made their own ceremony programs?  I'm pretty awful with computer - I have microsoft 2007 on my computer but only like word/excel/ppt. 

Does anyone have templates they have used before?  I'm looking to make just a standard folding program.

I made ours. We had a full Catholic mass, so they were pretty detailed. There are tons of free templates on the internet.
