I believe that we have finally decided to elope and we're currently looking at New Orleans as our destination. I've looked at a few old posts, but there doesn't seem to be too much information there that I can use, mostly due to price. What I really need are nice venues that aren't too expensive for 2-4 people, an officiant, and a good photographer that is under $500 since we won't be needing too many photos. At this point, looking at prices for photographers, I'm considering giving my friend, who might be coming with us as a witness, my camera to take pictures herself! We live in Michigan, so it's not like we can just drive down for the day or anything. We plan on having our honeymoon here, as well. I'm basically starting with a blank slate and around $3000-$4000 budget for the whole thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated everyone!
