What is the best mascara?

Hey Knotties, I want to find a good mascara to really make my eyes "Pop"!  What is the best one you have found? Where did you get it?

Our Marketing Coordinator used to work at Sephora PT, so she would bring in samples/recommendations and she turned us on to a mascara that we all now buy religiously! 

I have thin/light colored lashes and have tried so many kinds, but always seemed to have issues with clumping and flaking under my eyes no matter which kind I tried.  This masacara really thickens your lashes and no flaking!!!  I used to pay $6.00 per tube, but this $23.00 per tube is worth it.  Here's a link to the product (Benefit; They're Real! I also swear by They're Real.  The MUA didn't need to put false lashes on me, because mine were so long!
