FI and I have kind of a different plan for our food. We plan to bring in some of our local favorites (apps from Angeli, chicken from Willie Mae's) and have a caterer provide a bunch of NOLA style dishes. Our coordinator knew the perfect Chef for this, we did our tasting and were thrilled. He was completely onboard with our idea. This was March 24. I've been trying to pin down my coordinator's asisstant for pricing and contract info but she, well, sucks aparently. I'm getting really worried and want to look into our other catering options.
Does anyone know of a caterer who might be willing to work with us on this one?
