Has anyone done bridal prep at the Ritz?

Hey everybody, I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten ready with all their girls at the Ritz.  If so, what type of room was it?  Was it enough room for everyone to kind of get dressed and relax til it was time for the wedding?  Pretty for bridal prep pictures?  Also, has anyone used their spa services, in particular bridal make up and hair, etc. Any info on the place will help.  Thanks!

I'm doing the Ritz for our March 2012 wedding and have been very happy with them so far. We were there today signing the contracts! I've seen photos of other brides doing prep there and it looks like a nice size room. Regardless, the service there is so fantastic I think you and your girls will have a wonderful experience.
Also, I did run into another bride who was getting married there and she'd already had her trial at the salon. She said they where great and reasonably priced so I really think you'll be in good hands!

I did and I have to say I was a little disappointed.  They clearly knew I was the bride and I had a suite booked in my name.  When I arrived the suite was really choppy and dark.  When they showed us the hotel originally, the suite they showed us was open and airy, so I know they had better options rather than sticking me in a cave.  We didn't have a lot of room to all be together getting dressed, but my photographer was able to make the most of what we had.  I had a LOT of other issues with the Ritz too (they failed to deliver my gift bags to guests, they didn't provide things they said they would) so I'm not sure I'd highly recommend it.  I did love using their courtyard for pictures, but I think you need to be careful with your expectations here.
