We're skipping it too. It kind of gives me the creeps - I really don't want FI putting his hands up my dress in front of our grandmothers   Yikes!

I am not doing a toss, I am putting it on a football and Michael is going to throw the football. I'm keeping the one that I am wearing!

We did the toss but he did NOT take it off of my leg!  I hate that part.  And we tossed the bouquet and garter at the same time so it didn't take too much time from the dancing.  And we waited until the end of the night so if we decided we didn't want to we didn't have to.
