Tipping Vendors

What's the rule on tipping vendors? Do you tip all vendors? And how much?

Photographer? Seamstress? Reverend? Planner? Etc...

    I don't know what the specific rule is, but I think it depends on the vendor. Some "build" tips into their price. I must have read an article in a bride magazine somewhere or something. I just wouldn't expect to have to tip every single vendor.
