I don't know if this company has a good reputation or not, but I noticed Big Easy Limos has a deal on Living Social today.
$99 for 2 hours or $149 for 4 hours.
Thought it might be helpful to some of you.

Check out the fine print -- can't use for weddings.  Though you could probably use for the rehearsal, bachelorette, etc.
