If you or a friend/family member/co-worker/etc. has nice handwriting you will probably save money by doing it yourself.  You can get pens/books from Michael's or any art supply store and it will make any decent handwriting look pretty.  I took a class back when I was in high school it was one of the best investments I ever made because now I address the envelopes as a gift whenever someone I know is getting married.

Whoever said it was supposed to be happily ever after is a big fat liar.

I found someone on Etsy very reasonably priced. They have a lot of calligraphers on Etsy. Happy planning!

I'm using Maria Rolfson from Tupelo Honey Design on Magazine Street.  She charges $1/envelope.

I used a woman in Monroe and she was wonderful. Only $1 an invitation, and it was really easy to ship everything back and forth. She also kept some invitation for any changes I may have at no extra charge, and she really looked out for any mistakes I may have accidentally given her in the guest list. Message me if you would like her detalis.
  • I am new in town and I do calligraphy as well.
Visit my website, and if you like what you see, give me a call or email me.
