Has anyone had an event at Basin Street Station? Any info about the location and rates?

    i called them because i love the location. BUT..... their customer service was horriable!!!!!
    I emailed the woman that is over scheduling and she took about 2 weeks to return my email ( i had almost forgot that i had emailed her) I also called and left  a vm and never received a phone call.
    In the email she stated that they were not booking events that far in advance March 2012! I emailed her the begining of Jan 2011! She did not include pricing or anything in her response which i asked for in the email.

    But i may be diffrent for you.... good luck!

    I fit a reply back. Unfortunately, they can't accommodate more than 100 people without using two floors. I think that might be inconvenient for my guests...
