FH and I are aiming for an autumn 2012 wedding. We are on a very small budget and I want to do things very untraditional. We're from Arkansas, but have both been to New Orleans and absolutely love it down there. I've been trying to find unique, affordable wedding ideas to do in the French Quarter.
I've come across the Steamboat Natchez which I think is adorable, and I'm looking at various restaurants (aka Pat O' Briens) for maybe a restaurant/courtyard wedding.
The wedding party will be small (basically immediate family and any friends willing to make the drive) so there's that.
Someone told me something about a program that does bar-hopping for your "wedding"? Tacky to some that may seem, it sounds amazing to me! Haha.
