Independent Floral Designers?

I have a friend that works for a nursery so I am able to order flowers at wholesale pricing. But, I have no idea how to put them together into bouquets. 

Do you know anyone that does floral design on the side? I only need bouquets, bouts and corsages,  no centerpieces.

    Google it... I know there is videos out there on how to make all that on your own.

    My future MIL is a florist but decided to become a stay at home mom a few years ago when she was blessed by a surprise late-in-life baby girl. She is doing the arranging for my wedding and works at local florist shops for busy holidays. Would you like me to ask her if she would be willing to do some independent work? She made all our bouts and corsages when I was in high school and  we never got through a dance without a chaperone coming to ask who made our awesome flowers. She has a real talent and is totally down to Earth.
