gluten-free bakery?

My uncle has celiac disease and therefore can't have any wheat gluten.  Our reception venue has said they could work with us, which is great.  Our bakery said they might be willing to work with us but it would be difficult to get just one cupcake for my uncle.  

Does anyone have any suggestions of a bakery in/near the FQ that does gluten free desserts?  It would be great if we could just swing by someplace and pick up a cupcake or something so the uncle can be part of the celebration as well.  We're a big dessert family so I'd like to make sure he's included.

kupcake factory on claiborne can do them, but you have to order a min amount..it's either 6 or 12 but they're reasonable.

I'm sure Whole Foods on Magazine St. would have those available as well.
