Dress cleaning and preserving

Of course the bottom of my dress is filthy.... any recommendations?

I can't vouch for them personally, but another bride on here recently used One Cleaners (www.onecleaners.com) to have her dress steamed before the wedding.  I plan on using them for that as well (dress will be wrinkled from plane).  Based on their website, they should be able to clean and preserve your gown.  HTH.
