We are trying to decide between MoJEAUX and Bucktown Allstars...please provide any input on these bands or any suggestions of others (Groovy 7 is booked).  We want a band that plays a variety of music and a lot of energy to get everyone dancing....but that has a great sound (my fiancee is picky about music).

    I booked Karma Entertainment.  I have not seen them play at a wedding yet, but I did see them at a casino.  They are very entertaining and high energy!  Attached is their website. They have some sample songs.  They play a good variety of music.

    Also, I did see MoJoeaux  and Bucktown perform and both are very good!

    I have seen MoJeaux at a wedding and loved them!!  I think they definitely fit with what you want.  I haven't seen Bucktown.

    We wanted Bucktown but they were booked so we went with MoJeaux. We would have been happy either way but MoJeaux made our day incredible!! They were great to work with and they had everyone out on the dancefloor! There were a few songs where our guests thought it was Michael Jackson or even Louis Armstrong on MP3 and then realized it was the lead singer singing that well. We just got married at the end of May and every time I talk to another wedding guest, the band is one of the first compliments I get!

    I highly recommend MoJeaux but you can't go wrong with either of these!

    Bucktown Allstars are supposed to be great, too. You have two great options!

    @ mabezan....would you happen to have a clip from a video of MoJeaux?  I just hate not hearing them live and the You Tube clips are not the best.  Thanks to all for the input.

    I used Compozitionz out of Jackson, MS and they were absolutely unbelievable.  I booked them through Music Garden and highly recommend them for what you're looking for.
