Anyone been to The Retreat Spa on Carollton?

I got a living social deal for waxing there, on a whim, but now I've kind of got the willies about the place.  I called and their voicemail is sort of unprofessional.  They get mostly good reviews, but a few people said the place wasn't all that clean.  My appointment is tomorrow, and I've got to decide whether to bail.

    I havent been there, but I would be careful with places that arent clean for waxing. For waxing, I recommend Keirnan at Serenity Day Spa in Metairie. Best job that I have ever received, and very clean.

    Never got a wax there but I did get my nails done (shallac)  The lady was very nice and I felt her place was clean, as far as nail area goes.
