I didn't have mine made, however they special ordered it with my new last name initial on the back. I got mine from Bustles and Bows and received many compliments on it at the wedding.

Mine came from Etsy and was my favorite thing I wore that day.  Also, it was a couple hundred less than what Pearl's wanted for pretty much the exact same veil.

That's the seller I used.  She is WONDERFUL.  She will customize it to anything you want.  She asked for a pic of my gown and gave suggestions as to what might look best with it.  I had a 110" with lace beginning at the knee and my monogram.  I got so many compliments on it.
