Anniversary Gift

So our 4 year anniversary is on July 15, and I want to get my FI tickets to see the phantom of the opera in NYC. He absolutely loves loves loves the phantom of the opera movie and I think this would be the perfect gift.  I looked at the ticket prices and the best day to go is on Wednesday afternoons but I need help deciding on how to tell him. I don't want to decide the date because I want his input with our work schedules. So I was wondering if anyone had any cute ways to tell him, and other things we could do while there.

Ahh! I love Phantom! & seeing it in NY is a great gift!

You could leave it as a surprise for him to find. Make a certificate or 2 tickets saying you're going to the show and wrap it up tied with a black ribbon & red rose. Maybe even leave it at the end of a scavenger hunt. & you could use things from the show as clues (mask, single rose, music box, piece of a chandelier, etc). I think that would be sooo cute!
