Either we will screenprint them (FBIL has a very small Tshirt printing business), or I will get a fabric paint and make a stencil and do them myself. We only need 80 so it's not too bad.

I just finished mine!  I got the hankies from this site too.  My experience:  the hankies frayed when washed so I had to trim excess thread off of each one (adding to the amount of time).  I thought I could stamp them with fabric paint but this did not look good, I ended up using the stamp as a template and then hand painted each one.  I worked on the project for the last few weeks, doing 10-20 per day.  It was a fairly time consuming project but they turned out great and now everyone gets a hand made gift.  I also recommend the Tulip Soft brand of fabric paint.  It dries quickly and is flat but still flexible on the fabric.  Total cost for 130 hankies was about $75!
