I don't know if this girl is a knottie, but I was in the Quarter yesterday at Royal Street and some cross street near the Foundry and a Second Line came through at like 2:15-2:30. The bride was blonde and her dress was GORGEOUS, trumpet style, and everyone was waving red hankies.
