Experience with privately renting out a street car?

We're thinking about doing this for our rehersal.  Doing rehersal at St. Louis hotel in FQ, then taking street car to Oak street for dinner at jacquimo's. Anyone have experience with this?  What was the cost?  The good, the bad, the ugly, please?

I think you would need to contact the RTA.  Not sure how much it costs.

I remember looking into it and the only bummer was that they don't allow alcoholic drinks.  Google New Orleans RTA and they have everything there.   It's basically 750 dollars per "charter" which they define as each time the streetcar leaves the station (so roundtrip from downtown and back would be 1500).
