I need some DIY centerpiece ideas that are cheap but dont look cheap.

    I've seen some great centerpieces with tall cylinder vases, silk flowers, water and a floating candle.  I don't know how much it would run you, but there are always great deals at Hobby Lobby.

    My FI's One request is that we have the centerpieces tall and slender, or low enough to see over, as he hates not being able to talk to the people across the table.
