Wedding gift for husband - Louisiana Activity

So I'm struggling with my gift for my future husband. I have considered jumping on the boudoir bandwagon, but there's no way that's happening time-wise and weight-wise before the wedding. Possibly he'll get some pics as an interesting "paper" gift for the first anniversary!

Eitherway - I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for activities as wedding gifts. Ones I've tried so far but haven't got too far:
-- Rent a sports car (e.g. ferrari, lamborghini, etc) for a day but no one does it around here - and it's WAY expensive
-- Be a zookeeper for a day - my fiance REALLY wanted to go on a safari for our HM, but it wasn't the right time/price - so I figure this is the next best thing. I've contacted the Baton Rouge zoo and need to contact the NOLA zoo, though they don't advertise these on their website as services
-- flight lessons for a day - I saw this advertised in NOLA on an "experience as a gift" website. My fiance would like it, but I think it's pretty basic.
-- Deep sea fishing - too $$$

So, what I was wondering, what are some hidden gems in the Louisiana activity circuit? We've already been on 2 swamp tours and he's toured the Tabasco factory. I just want to give him something he'd never think of.

Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!!

I tried the sports car idea in Nola also, and you're right: pricey! ($1000 for 3 hours in a Lamborghini!)  But I did read that Hertz rents corvettes and you can request one specifically, so that's what I did for his Vegas bachelor weekend--he LOVED it.   I'm not sure they do it in the Nola location but you could call and find out.

How about  ziplining?  We go ziplining almost everywhere we travel--super fun.  Here's some in LA (http://exploreneworleans.info/html/beyondthecity.php)

And there's skydiving-- though that would be torture for me :-)

For my wedding gift, I got him an iPad and the boudoir pics were loaded on it.  I hear you on not being at the ideal weight for boudoir pics, but I have to tell you, I am about 25 pounds above my ideal weight and my photographer worked some magic on those photos!  I delayed until 2 days before the wedding, and she came to my hotel and shot them.  Mr Bezlu can't keep his eyes off them!  Guys are way less critical of us than we are of ourselves.
  • I totally agree with Bezlu about the boudoir pics.  I am truly a plus-sized girl, and the photos came out better than I could've ever imagined.  Skilled photographers know exactly which angles to shoot at and how to use Photoshop to make you look like the best version of you.  Just the fact that you are willing to do something totally out of your element like that can be a huge turn-on, too!  Don't give up on the idea just because you think you are not at a perfect weight!
