wedding officiant recommendation

Does anyone have an officiant they can recommend?  I am getting married at the St. Louis hotel.  I would like someone to do something nice and meaningful, but not over the top.  Thanks!

    I heard great things about Rev. John Zimmer and booked him for my wedding in May. He is very nice on the phone; I haven't met him in person yet though. His number is 504.834.6544. Good luck!

    We used Kevin Centanni who is a justice of the peace in Jefferson Parish but can do stuff in Orleans Parish too.  He was great.  Before the wedding we met with him and I asked for a copy of what he was planning to say and I crossed out anything I didn't like (including references to God) and he was open to it completely.  I'm sure he'd be open to doing anything you would want for your ceremony.

    Rev. John Zimmer is wonderful! We received so many compliments from our guests about him! I would highly recommend him. He was easy to work and such a pleasure to meet!
