Group fitness

Curious as to any group classes/fitness classes you ladies would suggest in the area? Preferably for a reasonable price!  I don't have a gym membership (our condo provides a workout facility) but I am looking to get some extra motiviation from some classes. Thanks!

    I absolutely LOVE Zumba @ Zumba Columbus.  They have different packages to fit your budget & how often you plan on coming.  They offer classes every night and morning.  You can find more info at zumbacolumbus.com or just search for them on facebook.  They're located in the Kenny Center near Kenny/Henderson in Youth Ballroom Dancesport.  And the first class is free.

    I go to bridal bootcamp with Nancy Eisenman, she's been featured on the news and has twice a week sessions in Bexley, Gahanna, and Upper Arlington. Good luck!
