City park/Pavilion of Two Sisters brides

We are considering booking the pavilion for next summer. For those of you who have had or booked your reception here, did you use the City Park catering or an outside caterer? If you used the City Park catering, how was it? Thanks in advance!

I am using City Park catering for my reception. City Park hosts two tastings a year; we went to one a couple months ago and the food was really delicious. My only problem with City Park is that they seriously nickle and dime you for everything, and haven't found my coordinator to be that friendly or attentive. I love the location though and am looking forward to the big day! Good luck with your planning!

My reception is at the Pavilion this June.  I've been to many weddings there and the food is always consistantly good.  I have also found my sales coordinator to not be the most attentive, but I've heard that improves as the date gets closer. 

Also, when you go to your tasting there is a lady named Denise that is the catering manager, I believe.  She is very very helpful and you can request that she be present at your reception.

Oh and since you are getting married next summer, inquire about the new place they are building near Popp Fountain.  I think it's going to be fabulous!

I have been to two weddings at the Pavillion of Two Sisters, and both times the food was amazing!! I filled up on the passed items alone - and their crab dip is also great!
