Maybe I'm just nosey, but what's the story behind the purple ribbon in some of you girls' siggys?

    The FI of a girl on our club board was in a really bad car accident last weekend and had to go through surgery to reattach his neck/spinal column. so a bunch of us put it in our signatures while we were waiting to hear how things were going.She updated today though saying that he's recovering really well from surgery and was able to come home already, and that the wedding is still able to happen in a few weeks, which is great news.  I'll probably take it out of my sig this weekend, since it seems like everything is going well.
