how do you address a guest's date on the seating chart? on the r.s.v.p.'s it just asks for the number of guests not the name of their date ....

    Is this someone you could get ahold of before the wedding to find out who they are planning to bring?

    I actually asked for the names on the RSVP.  For those who did not fill in the name I called.  I did have one friend who did not know who she was going to be dating at the time.  I even called her a week out and she still did not know which of the guys she was currently dating she was going to bring.  So, I just put Mr. HER NAME.  Just to be funny.
