Just talked with a lender...she's going to call us back later this afternoon to see if we qualify for a loan for a house...we're hoping to get a grant too!! Fingers crossed!!

Awesome! GL! And just remember... Don't focus as much on how much the bank says you qualify for... look at a monthly payment you feel comfortable with and go for something in that range. I see a lot of people qualify for way more than they should realistically be able to afford.
