oh no!

definitely getting sick...the combo of excitement/stress/not sleeping is catching up to me!! hoping i can get rid of it ASAP!Any remedies that work!?

    Tons of water + sleep + echinacea.  Feel better!

    Emergen-C packets are great! I add them to juice.

    What PP'ers said. Also I do more meditation and yoga as well when I feel im uber stressed and that is adding to the whole not feeling good thing. It helps. Gentle yoga that is.

    I second the Emergen-C packets!   I am never w/out them.  I get the Super Orange flavor.Also when I feel a cold coming on I start using Zicam right away.  You can get that anywhere, Target, Walmart, groc. store.  I get the nasal gel or swabs.  It does help the cold from getting worse.Feel better!

    At the very first sign of a cold I either load up on airborn (2-3 tablets per day) or vitamin C if I don't have airborn (2 tablets at a time, 3 times per day) with lots and lots of liquid.  I don't know if it's a placebo effect or truly makes the cold go away, but I swear it makes me feel better in a day or 2 vs being sick for 2 weeks.

    mere I am doing that now..as I down water and chomp on my halls vitamin C...if it gets any worse I may just take a sick day to recover rather than it linger...thanks ladies!
