Hey. How did the inspection go, other than the AC? I was walking Jade and noticed that the sign doesnt say anything about "under contract" or "sold" or anything. Is it too early to have that on there?

    The inspection went well...the inspector was really nice...i was expecting a jerk!  hahaha...i said the same thing when we got there...why doesn't it say under contract!  my dad seemed to think that the agent is doing it so people call and then he can say it's sold but he has other properties yada yada...the listing isn't on-line anymore though
