What reading are/were done at your wedding. I have 1st corinthians so far but need another. any ideas?

    We had a reading from Captain Corelli's Mandolin - the text is in my Bio under "Ceremony".The Kvetch forums on IndieBride.com have a TON of readings (and vows and various ceremony bits).  It was a little overwhelming at first but it's such a valuable repository.

    We are using Corinthians and an Irish blessing if you want it-just page me.I love FIA's as well.And...I think there is one from the Velveteen Rabbit that is popular....and Union by Robert Fulghum (sp?).

    Thanks ladies!  DH and I attended a wedding the year before we got married and it was read there.  It's the first time a reading has ever made me cry... so that sealed it for me.

    We used "i carry your heart" by ee cummings and an excerpt from "Union" by Robert Fulghum.
