Friday is my rsvp date.  Here's hoping I don't have to call too many people!  I still have a good amount of responses I'm waiting on, but hopefully I'll get a bunch today and tomorrow.  Yesterday I had 6 in there. 24 days til the wedding!  I'm trying not to go crazy even though I still have a lot of stuff to do!  I think mainly the centerpieces and table decor.  I haven't bought any of that (except some fake leaves) because I wanted to wait for my final guest count and not just go out and buy random quantities of stuff.  -Hair cut and color tonight  -2nd and hopefully final dress fitting tomorrow-2nd shower this weekend (but I'm not supposed to know about it!!!!)

Yeah! Enjoy your "surprise" shower this weekend! My RSVP date was last Thursday and I had 30 outstanding.. I still have 8 even after the first and second round of phone calls ( One of them is my maid of honor! So irritating :-/

GL with your RSVP date. I still have two and a half weeks till my RSVP date. But I think the mail is eating a lot of the RSVP's! I have at least 5 people I know of that sent their RSVP two weeks ago and I haven't seen them! That worries me! Not to mention I have had several and I mean more than half the days of mail delivery where I don't get any in the mail! So sad!   Have fun at your shower this weekend!

thanks!  this shower will be my 'friends' shower with my BM's and friends..my first shower was family.  So hopefully this one will have lots of wine and lingerie! hahaI think the only people that understand you want ALL the rsvp cards back are the people on here like us, talking about it!  I've had a lot of people say "well I told you I'm coming so why does it matter if you get the card?" .........  BECAUSE IT DOES!  I bought the stamp..just mail the thing!

GL with your RSVP's - hopefully you don't have to call too many.  I hate that people don't think they need to send it back!  I made two lists and gave one to my mom, and one to his mom, and let them make the calls :)KCnBT - my MOH was one of my last ones too, she had the darn thing in her purse carrying it around forgetting to give it to me!

Good luck with the RSVPs. DH's immediate family did not mail them in. Their excuse was: "well you know we're coming!" And my thought was: "well how do I know which meal you want?!" People are funny. GL with the rest of the replies!

That's exactly how some people like MOH were. Well you know I will be there whats the big deal. I was like um need to know what you want to eat duh!

So after complaining this morning I got 8 RSVP's today. Better than none! Only like 99 more to go! LOL!

Rvns..I bet that's at least somewhat of a relief.  I hate when I don't get any in the mail!  Today I got just 4.  I was hoping for 3 times that many!

I hear you! I actually got 3 in the mail and none of them are the supposed "lost ones" so that was good too and ones was a BM. So now all of MY BP is in just waiting on FI's! And both are his best men! And then MOH told me via email her parents cant make it so that was the fourth! And I actually tallied who has more left FI or I and we are tied! Go figure! I can't even get mad at his side!
