Hotel Block - Questions to Ask?

Hi girls, I'm hoping some of you that have already dealt with hotel blocks can help me out here... I'm wondering what all I need to ask/make sure is or isn't in my contract.  I know the obvious things like, "Will I be charged for rooms that aren't reserved?", "What are the terms of the complimentary shuttle?", "Will you offer a comp room for B&G if we book 35 rooms?"  Any other obvious - or maybe not so obvious - ones I'm missing here?  TIA!

    If you plan on doing OOT bags, I would ask if they will keep them at the desk and distribute or put them in the rooms, and whether there is a charge for that,

    Find out if you can add to the block if it fills up and if they'll let you know when it's close to filling up.
